sorry to have neglected the blog for a while.

tbh, it has always been my mind to find time to pen little bits of my life for u (: okay, little bits has snowballed to many bits and now, I don't know where to start!

What about my latest trip to Melb? *hopefully it's not the oh-again topic!*

okay, this trip was planned from the start of the year, tapping on the airline promo. if i didnt rmb wrongly, i got my tic for just a little over $700 return.. cheap cheap? This trip was more than just awesome.. minus-ing the part about skipping the in-flight entertainment to chiong the project and checking my emails/clearing work when i was in Melb. Hmm.. talking abt a holiday here huh. Then again, this trip was particularly cool coz it coincided with little ms goh's easter break (: and we had a jolly good time fattening ourselves!

okay, let's the pics do the talking!

Loved the lovely brighton beach! out from the plane and str to brighton! it was exceptionally crowded that day coz it was one of those warmer days where u can just laze around and watch the birds go by (: i simply love the 'little colourful houses' as what little ms goh puts it. u knw how ppl goes overseas to do their wedding shots? this simply just tops my list! oh btw, we had some AWESOME french toast with fresh banana, strawberries, pistachio ricotta and maple and Brekky bruschetta of scrambled eggs on a bed of spinach and sour dough multigrain, finished with pesto and pine nuts. Oh my Oh my~yums!

We had our Mexican Cousin-Corn fritters, fresh baby spinach, haloumi and kasundi with poached eggs and a lovely flat white for the 2nd day before we headed for a whole day of shopping, only to come out of the mall after sunset.. hee hee.

bb Emma says hello to u!

dear aunties, stop ka-chao-ing me pls? I surrender!

BTW.. i COOKED 100% of this aglio olio with seafood, with poached eggs and topped with mixed herbs. viola! *feeling so damn proud of myself*

HAHA. see above the 3 medium sized and 2 small size bottles of ru yi oil for bb emma, our latest addition in the GOH family. I took the train to visit the cousin at the suburbs and of course to visit bb emma (: i think she barely 1 mth old then.. and she was alr so inflated. lol. otw bk to the city, we stop by for some macaroooons, my new love. haha. i love them. i love the sugar rush that comes from eating macaroons! Little Ms goh just dont get it - why do i just have to stop by Little Cupcakes every time im in Melb (: lovely dainty cupcakes. talking abt food! we loved CHIN CHIN!!!!!! it's a thai-fusion restaurant tt we queued almost 2h just to enter this top restaurant in melb! awesome thai food they got there!

I will continue blogging abt my melb trip in the next post. hopefully soon.

love,
